Fibreglass Flat Roofs
Our aim is to provide our customers with only the best possible high quality finish.
Strong, durable and completely watertight, an A and G Fibreglass roof is guaranteed for 20 years against water penetration.
Fibreglass Flat Roofs
Strong, attractive and desirable our fibreglass flat roofs keep out the elements and keep your possessions safe and dry. Using high quality polyester resins, the Fibreglass (GRP) flat roof is constructed in-situ on new timber decking or other approved suitable substrates. It incorporates specially designed and manufactured edge trims and is finished with a high performance coloured polyester topcoat.
Reliability
Flexible, very strong and covering the complete roof, this monolithic construction means that the roof has no joints or seams. It is acknowledged that most water ingress problems are with systems using joints and seams.
Economic
Once installed, your Fibreglass Roof will give trouble-free weatherproof service for over twenty years - compared to an average life expectancy of bitumen based materials. The cost benefits of such a long life system, is obvious.
We don't lay our Fibreglass Flat Roof on top of your old decking boards. That would only seal in damp and store up trouble for later. Instead we replace all the boards above the joists with new ones which are 18mm sterling board.
If you have problems with your flat roof, we will will provide a permanent worry free solution that is:
- Totally waterproof
- Completely seamless
- Offers a 20Year guarantee

- From a small porch to large extensions
- We can remove all of your old roof - right down to the joists (if required)
- We fix new, superior quality decking boards onto the joists

- We spread a basecoat of polyester resin - laid cold, unlike felt roofs, to avoid fire risk

- We then apply a topcoat to finish
- Entire roof above joists is replaced - including insulation, ( if required )
- BBA-approved tongue-and-groove decking boards are 20% thicker than standard
- 600gsm matting for extra strength - standard flat roofs use only 450gsm
